Lavender Hill Hippie ~ Lavandula angustifolia Culinary Lavender from our summer Harvest. This product is suitable for use in cooking/baking.

The lavender that grows at Lavender Hill is all natural. No chemicals or pesticides are used on the land, and by mid-summer the lavender is ready for harvest. Lavender is hand picked at its peak, hung to dry for several weeks in our drying room and then hand stripped and cleaned to remove impurities.
